2. Entertainment product
Lie or Legend is a trivia and guessing game. Statements, explanations, scores, streaks, community percentages, categories, and related content are provided for entertainment and gameplay. The app is not a source of professional, medical, legal, financial, safety, historical, scientific, or educational advice.
3. Accounts and login
You may use account features such as email login, one-time passcodes, passwords, profile sessions, usernames, language settings, age-group settings, progress, purchases, rewards, and saved game data. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity on your account.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website or app, attempt to access accounts or systems without permission, interfere with security, manipulate scores or rewards, scrape or copy content at scale, reverse engineer the service, submit abusive support requests, or use Lie or Legend for unlawful purposes.
5. Game content and accuracy
We review and improve game content, but trivia content can still contain mistakes, outdated wording, ambiguity, translation issues, or source disagreements. You can report questionable statements inside the app. We may edit, disable, replace, or remove content at any time.
6. Purchases, subscriptions, and rewards
Paid features, Classic Pass, subscriptions, entitlements, extra plays, rewarded ads, bonus passes, and similar benefits may be offered in the app. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, or related providers. Platform terms and refund rules may apply. We may change free or paid features, reward amounts, limits, or availability when needed for balancing, security, operations, or legal reasons.
7. Ads and third-party services
The app and website may use advertising, analytics, attribution, purchase validation, hosting, email, and infrastructure providers such as Google, AdMob, Firebase, Google Cloud, RevenueCat, Apple, Google Play, and Meta/Facebook technologies. Third-party terms and privacy policies may apply to those services.
8. Sharing and user-visible content
If you use share or challenge features, your display name, score, grid, challenge link, and related game metadata may be visible to people who receive or open the share. Do not use usernames, messages, or shared content that is abusive, illegal, misleading, or infringes the rights of others.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a stable service, but we do not guarantee that the website, app, daily challenges, ads, purchases, rewards, content, or account features will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or unchanged. We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time.
10. Intellectual property
The Lie or Legend name, logo, design, code, game format, statements, explanations, graphics, copy, and related materials belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative products from the service except as allowed by app functionality, such as sharing official result cards.
11. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, abused the service, manipulated rewards, created risk for the service or other users, or used the app unlawfully. You may request account deletion through the app or the account deletion page.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Lie or Legend is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or app.
